  I am dealing with Window World of Jamestown from about 5 years. First time I called them to replace 3 windows in my house and they did a great job. Windows were of good quality, installers did a very good job and pricing was very fair. Recently I called them to install 3 replacement windows at my mother’s house and again they did a fabulous job and I was impressed by the cleanliness during installation. We are very happy with our windows and the overall experience. Thanks!!

  Signed a contract for new windows - they came and measured them about a week later, towards the end of the timeframe for them to be installed (8-10 weeks after measurement) I had not heard anything and called to find out when they were going to install -but the windows had never been ordered!! There was a concern with our round windows and someone was supposed to call - but never did. It then took me multiple calls and weeks to get our deposit back.
